Bed: the least activity level such as lying in bed or sleeping.
Sit: light activity level such as light office work.
Stand: moderate activity level such as duties of a sales helper.
Walk: heavy activity level such as hiking or firefighting.
An average healthy level of caloric needs will be generated and displayed on the record per day.
The calories parameter states the calories that you can consume in the day. Different colours indicate various levels of calories consumption.
Select and add the food consumed in Daily Meal and exercises done in Daily Exercise according to your real life consumption. The intake and burning of calories will be recorded on the calories parameter. If you cannot find the suitable record in the data, you may select OTHERS and input the calories according to your own research to customize your calories plan.
The date and the current calories figure shown on the record will be marked red as an eating disorder alert if deficiency (with a negative (-) sign) or over consumption takes place. You may trace previous records by selecting the dates on the calendar.|||
